To reset your password yourself, you have 2 self-service options:

1. You can reset your password by using the IVR option when calling the Helpdesk:

   1. Dial your Help Desk number and choose the option to reset the password.

2. You can reset your password using the Azure SSPR link if you are registered for Azure MFA
